April marks Second Chance Month, a time to celebrate the resilience of individuals who have overcome incarceration and are now rebuilding their lives to create stronger communities.To that end, the Natchitoches NCLA Reentry Coalition is hosting a Job & Resource Fair open to all on Tuesday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to1 p.m. at the Ben D. Johnson Educational Center.
