Learn about Adobe Photoshop during NSU class

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer an Adobe Photoshop Photo Correction class beginning Monday, Sept. 8. The class will be held in Room 207 of the Fine Arts Annex on Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. The fee is $99.

Those taking the class will learn how to work with adjustments to make images look better. Students will learn how to crop images, use brightness, contrast, color balance, hue and saturation. The class will also teach editing techniques using layers, masking and blend modes. Those taking the course can bring some of their own photographs and the instructor will help get them ready for printing.
