The Natchitoches Rotary Club honored Mariam Haider, St. Mary’s High School senior as the Student of the Month.   Jenn Gahagan, St. Mary’s Counselor, introduced Mariam as an Academic All-Star and the hardest working student in the class.  Her accomplishments include school and community service. Mariam was  joined for the award by her mother Jackie Sukerek.  As Student of the Month,  Mariam received a check and plaque from the Rotary Club as well as a bag of merchant gifts presented by  Rotarian George Rhymes.  Jana Lucky also presented a scholarship and gift bag from Northwestern State
