The Natchitoches Rotary Club honored Quincie McConathy, daughter of Jimmy McConathy and Kelly Savell, as the Student of the Month.   Bill Gordy, assistant principal of Natchitoches Central High School, introduced  Quincie as a dedicated honor student who demonstrated outstanding leadership as president of the FCA and a varsity soccer goal keeper.   She was joined for the award by her parents,  NCHS Principal Dale Skinner and Assistant Principal Bill Gordy.   As Student of the Month,  Quincie  received a check, plaque, and merchant gift bag from the Rotary Club project chair, George Rhymes.  Lynda Hammett, assistant director of university recruiting also  presented her  with a scholarship and gift bag from Northwestern State University.  From left are Rhymes, Hammett, Qunicie McConathy, Jimmy McConathy and Kelly Savell.
