Northwestern State University’s Reserve Officer Training Corps held a commissioning ceremony for senior cadets who earned their diplomas during commencement on Dec. 14.Brigadier General William B. Hickman administered the oaths to, from left, Second Lieutenants Kimberly Crosby, Kristen Daisy, Robeneyce Green, Michael Marks, Tyshia Jackson and JeDerian Williams.  The event included officers’ families in a pinning ceremony, first salutes and presentation of gifts.
