NSU (6-10, 2-4 SLC) erased a 10-point deficit with less than 13 minutes to play to overcome Nicholls State on Thursday. Lee's 22 points claimed a career high as well as her nine rebounds.
Southeastern Louisiana (7-9, 0-5 SLC) lost on the road to Stephen F. Austin 80-38 Thursday after turning the ball over 30 times.
Jasmine Upchurch, who finished Thursday with nine points and six rebounds, leads the team in points (11.6) and rebounds (6.2) a game. Janelle Perez pushed her points average to 10.3 after scoring 14 against Nicholls.
Aja Gibson leads the Lady Lions in scoring with 11.1 a game. Brandi Simmons is second in points (10.3) and first in rebounds (8.8) a game.
After the game with SLU, the Lady Demons will have a week off before they play Stephen F. Austin on Jan. 26 to finish the three-game home stand.
