Joshua Greer of Pineville, seated, was recognized as among the top graduates from Northwestern State University’s College of Arts and Letters. Offeringcongratulations were, standing from left, Wayne Parker, chairman of the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System;  Jimmy Long, a member of the Board of Supervisors, State Sen. Gerald Long, Dr. Lisa Abney, provost and vice president for Academic and Student Affairs, NSU President Dr. Randall J. Webb and commencement speaker Dr. Sandra Woodley, president of the University of Louisiana System.
