Parish President Rick Nowlin request residents of Natchitoches Parish who were affected by the 2016 floods to assist the State by completing the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program survey.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program. This program was established to help homeowners who were affected by the 2016 floods. To participate in the program, homeowners must first complete the survey.
The information gathered from the survey will assist the state in its recovery planning efforts and demonstrate the state’s need for additional recovery assistance from Congress.
Residents can take the survey by visiting http://restore.la.gov/, or contact the Parish Offices at 318-352-2714 with any questions.
