The life and legacy of Mr. Jefferson will be celebrated at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North St., Natchitoches, Saturday, Aug. 5 at 11 a.m. with burial following at the Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery near Cloutierville. The remains will lie in state at the funeral home for public visitation Saturday from 9-11 a.m. Services are under the care of Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home.
