Evergreen Baptist Church will have its three-day revival Aug. 2-4 at 7 p.m. nightly. The guest is the Rev. Ike Byrd of Monroe. On July 31 and Aug. 1 at 6 p.m., there will be a prayer meeting.

There will be a Back-To-School Bash Saturday, Aug. 5 at 10 a.m. at Lime Kiln Auditorium.

The Rev. Alfred Williams III and St. Peter Baptist Church, Campti, will have their annual revival Aug 2-4 at 7 p.m. nightly. Guests will be the Rev. Ronnie Williams and Rockford Baptist Church members on Wednesday, the Rev. Brad Holden and Antioch Baptist Church, Pleasant Hill, members on Thursday and the Rev. Waddell Smith and Bethel Baptist Church members on Friday.

On Saturday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m., New Birth Missionary Baptist Church invites everyone to join them for their annual Men’s Day Celebration. The special guest will be Gilgal Male Chorus and the Natchitoches Detention Center Choir. The guest speaker will be Rev. Carey Smith, Pastor of Greenville Baptist Church in Clarence.

The Rev. Carey C. Smith and Greenville Baptist Church will have annual revival services Aug. 7-11 at 6:30 p.m. nightly.

The Rev. Henry Edwards and St. Savior Baptist Church, Cane River, will have their revival Aug. 9-11 at 7 p.m. nightly.

Emmanuel Chapel United Methodist Church will celebrate its 117th anniversary and homecoming program Sunday, Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. Guests will be the Rev. Elbert Demery and the Evergreen Baptist Church.

St. Martha Baptist Church will celebrate the 8th anniversary of Pastor Albert James Gillie Sr. and Bridget Gillie Aug. 18 and 20 at United Missionary Baptist Church, Natchez. A night of praise and worship will be Friday, Aug. 18 at 6 p.m. and Aug. 20 at 3 p.m., the Rev. Elbert Demery Evergreen Baptist Church of St. Maurice will lead the service. The theme is “Approved by God.”

Pentecost Baptist Church will celebrate the Rev. Joe Williams Sr. and Min. Dorothy Williams 34th anniversary Saturday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. Musical guests are Harvest Temple Christian Center, Children of God, Z-Tribes, New Beginning #1 and First Timothy. All choirs, groups, soloists and churches are asked to render and A&B selection. Events will end Sunday, Aug. 27 at 3 p.m. with the Rev.Roger Hall of Mansfield and New Birth Baptist Church.

Pastor Kenneth Leonard and St. Matthew Baptist Church, Creston, will have their fifth Usher’s Program Sept. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Guests will be Pastor Alford Williams II and his church.

Celebrate Recovery meets every Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 508 Second St. There is no cost to attend.
