Natchitoches Police Dept. announces the promotions of three officers, Lt. Miranda Mayrand, Sgt. Logan Norsworthy and Cpl. Chris Knight. Mayrand has been with NPD 21 years, Norsworthy for nine and Knight for five. All work on the traffic and patrol division. Mayrand will be commander of her shift. From left are Capt.
