Service celebrating the life and legacy of Mr. Frank C. Westmoreland will be at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North St., Natchitoches, Saturday, Sept. 9 at 2 p.m. with interment following in the St. Mark Methodist Church Cemetery in the New Town community.
The remains will lie in state at the funeral home from 8 a.m. to service time.
