Jessica Morgan Ford and James Brett Fredieu are pleased to announce their engagement.
Jessica is the daughter of Michael and Karen Ford and the granddaughter of Jan Ford and the late Russell Ford of Natchitoches and Mattie Dean McNaughton and the late George H. Dean of Alexandria.
She graduated from Northwestern State University in 2013 and was a member of the Purple Pizzazz Pom Pon Line and Phi Mu Fraternity.
Brett is the son of Darrell and Sue Fredieu and the grandson of Yvonne Boswell of Pineville and the late Floyd Fredieu of Colfax and the late Elouise M. Johnson and Herman Ragan of Clarence.
He graduated from Northwestern State University in 2011 and was a left-handed pitcher for the Northwestern State Demon Baseball team from 2007-10.
The two will be wed Oct. 28, 2017, at 6 p.m. at Houmas House Plantation and Gardens in Darrow.
