His parents, Joseph E. Williams Sr. and Nulon Goree Williams preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Kellye Walker, her husband Werten Bellamy and children, Matthew IV, Erica and Werten III of Williamsburg, Va.; son, Malcolm J. Williams, his wife Dariana, and daughter Madison of Brooklyn, NY.
Joe E. lived a full life with a strong faith in Christ. He was a God-fearing, God-loving, devoted father, musician, educator, attorney, avid tennis player and loyal friend.
His services were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Homer/Arcadia. His interment ceremony was Saturday, Oct. 14 at Grambling Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Grambling.
