Every year, The Natchitoches Times likes to give our readers something special. We compose a calendar full of beautiful photos of our great town, taken by locals and tourists. The Natchitoches Times is very thankful for all of our subscribers who support their local newspaper and now we want to support you!
We are looking to our readers and area photographers for photos to be considered for our 2018 Historic Natchitoches Calendar. All photos should be of the Natchitoches area, local landmarks, or sites of beauty through out the parish. Submitted photos need to be high resolution and no less than 300 DPI. Full color photos are preferred. Horizontal/Landscape images work best for the calendar layout, but it is not mandatory.
Chosen photographers will be given full credit for their photo in the calendar as well as all promotional materials.
This calendar is a great way to get your work published, especially as a beginning photographer or just someone who enjoys being behind the camera. 6,000 copies of the Historic Natchitoches Calendar are printed and distributed through out the parish. Make sure you grab a copy as soon as they come out though because we always run out of them!
