A Mass of Christian burial for Mrs. Mary Crow will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Spanish Lake with the Rev. Tommy Paul serving as celebrant. Burial will follow at Beulah Cemetery in Marthaville under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5 at the funeral home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel.
Mary, 80, passed away Nov. 2, 2017, in Coushatta. She was born Feb. 2, 1937, in Natchitoches to Peter Moore and Mary Breedlove Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne Crow; and sisters, Nell Hightower and Marie Walker.
She is survived by her children, Morgan Crow of Trenton, Ky., Stoney Crow of Robeline, Von Crow of Ringgold and Kelly Crow of Campti; siblings, Lucille Rikard of Powhatan, George Moore of Monroe and Johnny Moore of Robeline. She was blessed with eight grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa, Melinda, Jeremy, Haley, Lacey, Collin and Chase; as well as several great-grandchildren.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Collin Crow, Chase Crow, Jeremy Crow, Casey Treadway, Kevin Treadway and Kenneth Walker Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Crow, George Moore and Johnny Moore.
