The second game of the evening was a slugfest as both teams left it all on the court. The Indians started out on fire scoring the first 6 points of the game before the Gators could answer with a score of their own, but once the Gators got on the board, the Indians learned they were in for a long night. The Indians maintained a 6-8 point cushion throughout the game until late in the fourth quarter. Lakeview scored 6 unanswered points to tie the score at 51 with 2:34 left on the clock.
Both teams would clamp down on defense towards the end of the game until the Gators took the lead with 55 points on the board. The Indians did not quit after they tied the game at 55 all. With 45 seconds left in the game, the Gators go to the free throw line and hit both foul shots making the score 57-55 in their favor. The Indians inbound the ball and moved up the court for a three-point attempt to win the game, but the ball rimmed out giving the Gators the victory.
Leading scorer for the Indians was D. Caylin with 25 points, 5 rebounds 8 assists. Leading scorer for Lakeview was M. Carter with 16 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals.
