A service to honor the life of Thomas Vincent Choate will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at Campti United Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow at Ramah Cemetery in Ashland. The family will receive friends after 5 p.m. at Campti United Pentecostal Church, 3123 Hwy 71, Campti.
Thomas, 34, and a resident of Readhimer passed away Jan. 7, 2018, from an auto accident. He was born Oct. 18, 1983, in Shreveport.
