The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that LA 1223 (Rapides Drive, Mill Street), Natchitoches Parish, will have alternating lane closures Tuesday, Jan. 30 beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. The reason for the alternating lane closures is to apply asphault approaches to the railroad tracks.
