Funeral service for Mrs. Bobbie Fay (Bailey) Stephens will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home with the Rev. John Elliott officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
