Patchy morning fog for parts of Texas and Louisiana will end after daybreak with clouds and the chances for showers and thunderstorms increasing. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible by afternoon as rainfall become widespread. Showers and Thunderstorms will continue overnight with additional heavy rainfall possible.
