NSU student newspaper launches new website

Northwestern State University’s student newspaper, the Current Sauce, has launched a new website that should be one of the go to sites for campus news and information.

The new site at currentsauce.com will host articles from the student newspaper along with an RSS feed for the NSU News Bureau and stories from NSUDemons.com, according to Editor-in-Chief Alec Horton. There will also be a link to print archives, a map of print edition pick up sites throughout Natchitoches, social media links, a form to suggest corrections and live stream from the campus radio station, KNWD-FM.

The Current Sauce has launched a weekly newsletter which is available at currentsauce.com/newsletter. Web advertising options are available.

“Our content takes center stage, but anyone interested in NSU news can find something to enjoy here,” said Horton. “We hope our audience finds the new website looking and functioning much better.”

The former site at nsulastudentmedia.com will be retired once the campus radio station launches its new site.
