The trial for District 3 Councilperson Sylvia Morrow was given a refix date of Tuesday, March 13 during City Court. The new date will allow for discovery in the case. Morrow was charged with theft Dec. 19 following an incident at WalMart involving three bottles of perfume. Employees there believed Morrow allegedly committed refund fraud according to a Natchitoches Police Dept. incident report. Morrow pleaded not guilty.
