The Natchitoches Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division obtained information from a concerned citizen which led the apprehension and arrest of Michael Anthony Willis, b/m, 36, of 337 Railroad St., Powhatan. Willis was booked on one count of (Felony) 1st Degree Rape and transported out to the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center where he is awaiting a bond.
Willis’ arrest was the result of a complaint the Natchitoches Police Department received March 22 in which a female subject reported Joseph Hull, 20, of Coushatta and a Michael Willis had raped her 11-year-old son.
