Northwestern State University’s Student Government Association hosted motivational speaker, author and blogger T.J. Sullivan Thursday to discussed engagement among college students and how student leaders can keep their peers motivated and combat apathy. The audience included members of Alpha Lambda Delta, the freshman honor society for academic excellence. Copies of Sullivan’s book, “Motivating the Middle,” were provided to each attended courtesy of the SGA.
