Funeral services for Ivon A. Hennigan, 87, of Many will be Wednesday, June 6 at 10 a.m. at Apostolic Truth Tabernacle of Robeline with the Rev. Roger D. Hennigan and the Rev. Jody Farrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Lambert Town – Shamrock Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday, June 5 at 6 p.m. at Apostolic Truth Tabernacle, Robeline.
Ivon A. Hennigan was born Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1931, in Marthaville. She passed away Friday, June 1, 2018, in Many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Page Quinn and Ola (Waters) Quinn; son, Alan B. Hennigan; brothers, P.L. Quinn and C.J. Quinn; sisters, Izora Nelson, Beulah Aiken and Nina Ramsey; father-in-law, Clyde L. Hennigan; and mother-in-law, Maudie Hennigan.
She is survived by her husband, Rudolph Hennigan of Many; sons, Rudy Hennigan and wife Kim of Robeline, Roger D. Hennigan and wife Norma of Silverdale, Wash., and Joseph Hennigan and wife Vickie of Deer Park, Texas; sister, Betty Lou Duke and husband Sam of Columbia, La.; brother, Alexander “Bud” Quinn and wife Margaret of Minden; grandchildren, Laura Garrison, Roger J. Hennigan, Rachelle Crain, Sean Hennigan, Alanna Nelson, Jessica Costanza, Esquire Hennigan, Zechariah Hennigan, Missy Hennigan and Leneigh Hennigan; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
