Lorenzo Chatman was last seen in Winn Parish May 20. His last known location was on Apache Drive.
Chatman, who is 5, feet, 5 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds was wearing a red, white and blue camouflage jacket, T-shirt, pajama pants and slippers.
Chatman may be in need of emergency medical attention.
