The life and legacy of the late Rev. Welkin Smith, Pastor of the Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Montgomery, will be celebrated at Greenville Baptist Church in Clarence Saturday, June 30 at noon with burial following in the Old Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in St. Maurice.
The remains will lie in state at Greenville Baptist Church Saturday from 10 a.m. to service time.
