The Natchitoches Human Society (NHS) hosted the monthly Bath and Nail Clipping Day Saturday, July 14 at Tractor Supply.
Several pets came to get squeaky clean and all got their turn thanks to the many volunteers, including a few Natchitoches Meat Pie Queens, employees of Petstar Animal Care, NSU vet techs, members of Cub Scout 20 and more.
NHS President Juanita Murphy said these Bath Day fundraisers are very important to the organization, as they need funds to help the many animals in their care.
The next Bath Day will be Saturday, Aug. 11 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Tractor Supply.
