Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies, along with Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Detectives on all terrain vehicles and a tracking K-9, searched an area in the 700 block of Fish Hatchery Road near Natchitoches for a burglary suspect who fled th scene of a residential burglary.
The suspect was identified as Brian K. Walker, 48, of Natchitoches. Deputies began the search when a homeowner returned home in the 700 block of Fish Hatchery Road at approximately 8:34 p.m. to discover his residence being burglarized by Walker, who fled the area.The stolen items have been recovered.
Walker was located hiding in a barn near Fish Hatchery Road. He was charged with Simple Burglary.
