On Sept. 7, a female subject reported to the Natchitoches Police Department that her step-father had been inappropriately touching her since she was 16. The NPD’s Criminal Investigations Division was alerted and responded.
Detectives gathered evidence which led to the arrest of Travis Moore, b/m, 39, of 1420 West Court, Natchitoches. Moore was arrested and booked on one count of (Felony) 3rd Degree Rape.
Moore was later transported to the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center where he awaits bond.
