Witch Way to Main Street moved to MLK Recreation Center

Free Trick-or-Treating event for children tonight from 5-7 p.m.

Due to the strong possibility of rain for today, Witch Way to Main Street will move to the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Community Center located at 660 Martin Luther King Jr Drive, Natchitoches.  The free trick-or-treating event will be from 5-7 p.m.

Children age 12 and younger can trick-or-treat at sponsored booths.

Children must be in costume and accompanied by an adult to participate.  Candy and prizes will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Natchitoches police officers will be on duty to ensure children’s safety.

For more information on Witch Way to Main Street,  call the Natchitoches Main Street office at (318) 352-2746.

The Natchitoches Times will announce winners of the costume contest during the event.  Voting is now closed.

Contest winners can pick up their prizes any time before Nov. 7.  After that an alternate will be chosen at random.
