Parish President Rick Nowlin announced all Parish Government offices will close at noon Friday, Nov. 30 due to the expected increase in traffic associated with the Natchitoches Christmas Festival.
Head Start centers in Natchitoches and Mansfield will also be closed to students, although Head Start employees will report for professional development training until noon.
The closures will not affect the Parish landfill, limb pit or bin sites, which will remain open for normal operating hours.
