Patience paid off for Jody Davis of Natchitoches. She got this nice 8-pointer after watching a 6-point and several doe Friday, Nov. 23. A doe came out followed by the 6-point. The doe went back into the woods and came back out soon with friends, six doe and yearlings. The buck above soon followed and got into a sparring match with the lesser buck before Davis made her shot at 60 yards with her 243.
