Spots open for Jan. 12 Super 60 Prospect Camp

107

Spots remain available for Northwestern State’s rescheduled Super 60 Prospect Camp.

The camp will take place Jan. 12 at Brown-Stroud Field and includes a pro-style workout in the morning followed by games in the afternoon. Players will run a 60-yard dash, throw from infield and outfield positions and take batting practice on the field. Radar readings for each player’s throws will be given to the players.

Cost for the one-day event is $150 for position players and $100 for pitchers. Players who want to both pitch and play a position during the games must sign up for both. The camp will run from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Campers who initially signed up for the Nov. 11 event and did not request a refund do not have to re-enroll for the January camp.

Campers need to bring their own equipment, including a glove, bat, batting gloves, batting helmet, running shoes or turf shoes and anything else they feel necessary. Please mark the camper’s name on all items.
