TNR meeting slated for March 7

A meeting of the TNR (Trap, Neuter/Spay, Release) Initiative is scheduled for March 7 at 5 p.m. at the City’s Municipal Building, 560 Second St.

The TNR Initiative is an attempt to control overpopulation of cats in specific areas by reducing their numbers through spay and neuter. Trap/Neuter/Release is the most humane and effective method to manage feral cat colonies.
