The Natchitoches Women’s Resource Center (WRC) will once again host their annual baby clothes give-away Friday, April 5, beginning at 9 a.m. This is the seventh year the WRC has put on this give-away, which will have gently used baby and toddler clothing and other baby equipment/toys available free of charge to anyone in the community in limited quantities (while supplies last).

Every year, the WRC clears out overstock and off-season items to make room for new merchandise and donations, while helping support mothers and families in the community that need assistance.

“This community helps us out so much, and this is a way for us to give back,” said Danette Westfall of the WRC. From 9 a.m. – noon, each adult can fill two grocery sacks of clothing/small items and choose one large item/equipment. From noon – 1 p.m., anyone can come back to get what is left at no limit until all items are gone. The give-away ends at 1 p.m.

The Women’s Resouce Center is located at 107 North Street. For more information on the give-away, call (318) 357-8888.
