Theodore “Brother” Phillip was born to the late Cleveland Sr. and Virginia M. Phillip.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 29 at 11 a.m. at Lyons Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Houston. He will be laid to rest in Houston.
Brother was the fourth of 12 children and took on the role of father, leader and mentor for the family at an early age. He is a 1964 graduate of Central High School. He moved to Houston and was a faithful member of Lyons Unity Missionary Baptist Church until his death. Brother had a loving spirit for all. He truly loved, cared for and was devoted to his family. He will be missed beyond words.
He is survived by one brother, Henry Phillip; and six sisters, Sadie, Marie, Marcy, Juriel, Neva and Lucille.
