DeLaRosa arrested for armed robbery case

The Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force Agents arrested a Natchitoches man Sunday, July 28 who was wanted for an armed robbery in Harris County Texas Sunday. Task force agents were contacted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force requesting assistance in locating Raven Taylor DeLaRosa, 19.

The task force conducted surveillance in the 100 block of T-Joe Street in Natchitoches and apprehended DeLaRosa without incident. He was armed with a Taurus .38 Special handgun. Agents executed a search warrant at DeLaRosa’s address and found suspected marijuana plants, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, 31 suspected Xanax and $865 in cash.

DeLaRosa was charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of CDS IV (Alprazolam), illegal carrying of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center awaiting extradition from Harris County.
