Chuck’s legacy will impact the rest of our lives as well as our children’s lives. The memories of spending time hunting, fishing, camping and hanging out on the porch at Tensas and Toledo Bend around the campfire will always be favorite. He has taught us so much over the years of both what to do and what not to do, how to love and serve family, love of the outdoors – God’s creations, respect authority, analyze and consider all options, not just the easy ones and keep loving family no matter what the other person chooses. He was a natural outdoorsman and made everything look so easy to do but took the time to show us how to do it better.
His love for his wife, sons, grandkids and extended family was so evident in his words and actions. His influence will always be ever-present.
