A hard worker his entire life, he worked many years for T&P Railroad as well as the United States Postal Service from which he retired in 1989.

A veteran of the United States Navy, he was very proud of his patriotic duty.

He was deep-rooted in his faith and was a founding member of Grand Ecore Baptist Church. During his pastime, he enjoyed fishing with family and friends. He will be missed but we know because of his strong faith we will be reunited with him one day in heaven.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at Natchitoches Community Care for the compassion and care shown to our father during his brief stay.
