Meet the Relative Race team searching for family in Natchitoches

Though Chris and DeShae Pardon of Ruston say they’re exact opposites, after 10 years together they feel they complement each other perfectly. This “crazy” (DeShae) and “calm” (Chris) couple have one son, Houston, 3. They’re excited to meet someone from DeShae’s biological family. The couple travelled to Natchitoches for the search.

The new season of “Relative Race” will premiere this Sun. Sept. 22. An episode filmed in Natchitoches is expected to air Sunday, Oct. 20. The episode was filmed in May when Chris and DeShae Pardon travelled to Natchitoches in their search for family. Did they meet relatives?
