Another game, another chance to go out and compete in front of your family and friends with your brothers. After another tough road loss, the Natchitoches Central Chiefs came back to Turpin Stadium to face off against the Parkway Panthers. The Chiefs are looking to do what they’ve been doing all year at home. Win.
The Chiefs have only lost one game at home, which was early in the season. The Chiefs knew that if they wanted to keep their playoff hopes alive, they need to get a win. One thing about the Chiefs is they play better at home.
As the game commenced you could tell the offense was looking for that one play that would set the tone for the rest of the game. With a little over 6 and half minutes remaining in the first quarter, Devin Sowell set the tone by scoring a TD on a 57 yard run.
