The Lakeview Gators opened the 2019-20 season against the Captain Shreve Gators with a dress rehearsal of what is to come for opponents throughout the season. With relentless pressure from the defense, precise passing and high percentage shooting on offense along with few mistakes for the entire game, the Lakeview Gators are poised to make a deep run into the playoffs this season.
Picking up action in the first quarter with a depleted lineup because of the ongoing football season, the Gators were chomping at the bit to get the game started. Led by returning starters, seniors Timothy Washington and Nate Braden, Lakeview ran as fast and as far as they could until they finally ran out of gas.
