Update (8:06 AM on 12/17/19): Still working on lingering internet issues but a large number of customers (70-75%) should see their internet service back up at this time. We still have a large portion without phone service.
Update (6:38 AM on 12/17/19): We’re aware that a large number of customers are still without service, especially in the Campti and Black Lake area. We are still working on an IP issue to resolve this. Our internal phones are still inoperable at this time.
Update (2:46 AM on 12/17/19): Most customers should see internet service restored as of this update. If not, please reboot your router and if after doing so your service is down, let us know. We know this outage was impactful to a lot of customers and we sincerely apologize. Thanks to our network team for working through the night to get most back up and running.
