The following report provided by OEP Directory Mary Jones.
Timing and Overview:
A mix of wintry precipitation will be possible for areas in and near Southeast Oklahoma and adjacent areas to the east in Southwest Arkansas after midnight tonight through around noon on Wednesday. Rain, snow, and sleet will all be possible with average snowfall and/or sleet accumulations around a tenth of an inch with locally higher amounts possible. Also, some limited freezing rain may be possible around daybreak with trace amounts of accumulation possible.
Outside of the aforementioned areas, some light snow could be mixed in with rain as far south as northern sections of Northeast Texas eastward into the rest of Southwest Arkansas and possibly into extreme northern sections of Northwest Louisiana. Confidence is not high with this scenario. Check back later this afternoon as the forecast could change.
Good news is that a transition to all rain should happen by noon on Wednesday!
