The ultimate weather predictor, Punxsutawney Phil, will make his prediction Sunday, Feb. 2. According to tradition, the groundhog emerges from hibernation and if it sees its shadow, it returns to its burrow for six weeks. A sunny day, a shadow, indicates a late spring while a cloudy day, no shadow, would mean an early spring.
