Memorial services for Karen Cynthia Prince, 57, of Robeline will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8, at Provencal United Methodist Church in Provencal. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the church.

Mrs. Prince was born Feb. 1, 1963, in Leesville and passed away Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at Natchitoches Nursing and Rehab in Natchitoches.

Karen was a former member of Trinity Episcopal Church before attending Provencal United Methodist Church. She enjoyed singing in the choir of both churches and teaching Vacation Bible School. She was a passionate substitute teacher and her favorite pastime was running the roads.

Mrs. Prince was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Fenton Nichols; and sister-in-law, Patsy Nichols.

Survivors include her husband, George Lawrence Prince Sr.; son, George Lawrence Prince Jr.; daughter, Brandie Nicole Prince; mother, Evon Moss; brothers, James Nichols, Ralph Nichols (Sherry) and Jerald Nichols.
