Doyce Faye Hudson Anderson, 81, died March 7, 2020, in Edmond, Okla. She was born July 4, 1938, to John Hollis Hudson and Effie Bell Steele Hudson in Mississippi.
Doyce tirelessly worked alongside her husband John to create and make Professional Marketing of America a successful business across the southeast United States. She especially enjoyed traveling with John to many different locations around the world. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Anderson; parents, John Hollis Hudson and Effie Bell Steele Hudson; brothers, Paul Hudson, John Hudson, Don Hudson and Steel Hudson; a daughter, Debbie Anderson Moncrief; and a son, Roy Gerald Barnes.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Hilda Jane Hancock of Edmond; a daughter, Ramona Anderson Patton and husband Robert of Edmond; stepdaughter, Carol Anderson Binding and husband Ron of Tampa, Fla.; and one stepson, Andy Anderson of Nashville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Justin Williams and Erin of Savannah, Ga., Joshua Barnes and Santi of Missouri, Jessica Williams Diamond of Springfield, Ga., Lena Bruley Maxwell and Clayton, Jacob Bruley and Judy of Edmond, Riley Patton, and Aaron Moncrief, all of Edmond, Jordan Goertz of Louisiana, Hannah Goertz of Ruston, Taylor Binding of Denver, Colo., and Kelly Binding of Tampa, Fla.; along with great-grandchildren Jayden, Taylor, Sean, Austin, Zane, Kayli, Nash, Bastian, Jax, Cash and Luca.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 13 at The Family Worship Center in Black Lake. Interment will follow at Black Lake Full Gospel Cemetery in Black Lake. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, March 12 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.
