Tyson Foods is distributing chicken to Natchitoches Parish residents at the Natchez City Hall. The boxes are first-come, first-serve and are intended for those in need following the recent weather related events.
At 9:30 a.m. the line to receive boxes was approximately 1 mile long. Organizers were taking names to expedite the distribution process.
Tyson Foods is distributing chicken boxes at Natchez City Hall. There are approximately 800 boxes packed in an 18-wheeler slated to arrive before 10 a.m. according to the big rig driver.
